I received the goods within a month. I bought 2 pcs. (blue and black). But the black sound is loud, and the blue is quiet. I'll have to order it again. I'll try to change the battery.

DEFINITELY NOT 130dB. Tried 3 tests and were all 60–63dB. For a bike, sure it’s fine. It’s about the same volume of a solid hit on a normal bell and it holds for maybe 1.5sec and is fine for the average cyclist. However if you need a very loud one, for instance, a forklift or small workshop buggy, or a seniors mobility aid, or for a scooter or buggy for pit lane of a race track, it’s not going to work for you. It’s $4 and it looks nice, and easy to swap between multiple bikes, but not even close to 130dB
